NDP & Equity Coalition Announced

Sir Martin E. announced earlier today that himself and the Archduchess of Furlong had entered into discussion on the topic of a Coalition. Only days after the Liberal-Green-Leftist Alliance Coalition was announced, the NDP-Equity Coalition would prove to be equally challengable.  This coalition comes after the Conservative Party has ended ties with the Equity party when the EP endorsed NDP Myrth Candidate Cam Q. over the sitting member and leader of the Conservative Party, HIM Emperor Rory I. Such a breakdown in relations proves that the National Democratic Party could be the deal that sits between a continuation of the Equity Government. Not all Equity Members are happy with the idea however, notably the Ex-Deputy PM and the Deputy Prime Ministerial Candidate HIH Princess Emma who voiced her concerns for the break down in Equity-Conservative relations in favour of an NDP coalition after she scored a preference deal with the Conservative Candidate in Farmoria. National Election Called

The Edict of Farmoria was announced by Our Imperial Majesty recently, declaring that a National Election shall take place. Days later, the official declaration of the Election including the time table and population (electorate) distribution was released which can be viewed here . The Election Notice stated that the three day long election period was a mere 23 days away, leaving little to no time for lengthy deals and campaigning missions.  The Electoral Commission recently closed nominations, recieveing a total of 23 candidate nominations from 6 parties to fill the 9 available seats. This hotly contested election will decide the future of the nation for years to come.  When the Deputy Leader of the Opposition originally asked for the Prime Minister to call the national election on the floor of parliament, the Prime Minister stated  " The Government Rejects the offer.'' The Deputy Leader of the Opposition then lashed out at the Prime Minister, declaring that the only reas

The Greens Scandal

Multiple weeks ago, after an electoral bordering restructure, the City of Seaspray became its own electorate, formally being merged with the Electorate of Farmoria. The Electorate of Seaspray subsequently underwent a by-election to elect a new MP for the seat. The registration period saw the signing up of three candidates for the seat representing three different parties.  The candidates include (prev.) Lieutenant Mr. Lachlan as the Greens Candidate (and party leader), Madam Alison as the Equity Party Candidate and Mr. Paul P. as the Leftist Alliance candidate. Shortly after the Lurdentanian Electoral Commission announced the list of candidates, a strongly determined and controversial  speech was released by the Prime Minister, HG the Archduchess of Furlong. The statement included unproven accusations against the greens candidate, denounciation of there policies particularly there policy on republicanism and leadership as well as urging the people of the nation to vote against the Gre
